I’m still figuring out why Reddit restricts access to its API for third-party apps. I miss using apps like Apollo. I understand move was part of Reddit’s broader strategy to monetize its platform and manage its resources more effectively. The way Reddit went about it was completely wrong.
As I age, I’m coming to realize that not everything is meant to be spoken or expressed. Certain things, regardless of their significance, are better left unsaid. Life has its own way of delivering messages on our behalf, teaching us the art of communication beyond words. Emotions, a universal experience, move through our interactions, revealing themselves not just in what we say but in the shared silences, the glances that speak volumes, and the actions that echo louder than any words could. By understanding this brings a new depth to relationships, highlighting the importance of empathy, the unspoken bond between souls, and the subtle ways we connect with each other. It’s a profound reminder that sometimes the most powerful messages are those felt in the heart rather than heard with the ears.
I haven’t followed much of women’s college basketball closely, but it’s evident that the women’s collegiate level is moving the sport to new heights. The diversity of the talent leading their teams is pretty amazing to watch. I think we all can agree that Caitlin Clark and JuJu are generational talents. It would be wise for the WNBA to consider changing the eligibility requirement to 1-2 years of college play. Additionally, expanding the league by adding more teams would be beneficial, given the abundance of talent available. 🏀
Not quite sure if I should join Mastodon or not.
Starfield certainly had its flaws, yet it remains one of the most visually stunning games I’ve experienced. I maintain my faith in Bethesda Studios. They’ll work through the issues. 🎮

I just want to share my thoughts on Katsuhiro Harada entertaining the possible idea of a Waffle House-themed stage in Tekken 8. The thought of such a unique setting brings a lot of creative possibilities to the game. Imagining the stage, it’s intriguing to consider what kind of unique mechanics could be integrated. For instance, the idea of an employee intervening in the match by throwing objects at the fighters adds a funny and unpredictable element that could significantly impact gameplay.

Why did the guy taking a piss chuckle when he looked up and saw a Dolly Parton candle? He thought, “I guess this is what they mean by ‘streaming’ live at Dollywood!”

Huge thanks to a good friend for introducing me to Diana Gabaldon’s “Outlander.” Initially, the mix of history and romance didn’t seem like it would hit the mark for me, considering my usual reading choices. But, after giving the TV series a watch, I was hooked. Having the visuals from the show has definitely help my reading experience, making the characters come to life off the page. I’m thrilled to dive deeper into Claire and Jamie’s world. Also the introduction of new characters the hidden surprises. A reminder to sometimes step outside our comfort zones, especially when it comes to reading. #Outlander #BookRecommendations #books
