Why Cardio Felt Different Today

I hit the gym today, fully committed to cardio. Usually, I treat it like a chore kinda like another box to check. But today, I let go of the numbers and focused on the movement.

A steady jog, a few incline sprints, and suddenly, I wasn’t just working out. For it kinda seemed like as if I was clearing my head. By the end, I felt lighter, not just physically but mentally.

Cardio isn’t just about burning calories; sometimes, it’s the reset button you didn’t know you needed.
